Reproduction WW2 British Bomb Disposal “Crabtree Discharger” and dummy fuze top. These were used
to release the electrical charge in a German bomb fuze to stop it from detonating before removal. However, the Germans caught on to this idea and change the concept to detonating once plugged in. The B.D continued to use them with the prongs removed to for extracting the fuze with a line and pulley system.
