A unique collection of Royal Tour 1953-54 memorabillia relating to S.S. Gothic including a formal monochrome photograph of the H.M. Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip on the deck of S.S. Gothic with the Royal Marines Band, signed to the border by both (faded) in gilt-tooled red leather frame, the reverse with typed list of all present in photo, a full scrapbook including the official pass of 'L/Cpl C.E. Bowden PO.X.5487 RM' (who is back row 5th from left), a R.M. swagger stick and another for R.M.A. small model of the ship, two ladies powder compacts and souvenir spoon with official enamelled crest, ashtray, official book of the Royal Tour, framed print of the tour and ship, a polished pewter tankard with Royal Marines mounted crest, and a 'Nelson's Victory at Trafalgar' porcelain tankard. (mixed lot).
