Property of a gentleman - a late 19th / early 20th century Anglo-Indian carved sandalwood & sadeli decorated box, the lock stamped 'BLECKMANN / SOLINGEN / GERMANY', 9.25ins. (23.5cms.) wide. Footnote - this box has been out of sight housed in a wooden outer box for at least 30 years, which has probably contributed to its excellent condition.
