The Caucasian saber has a handle, blade and sheath inlaid with decorations and Persian scripture in silver.
The Spanish lock knife has 5 copper and 4 bone plates with an etched blade.
The Corsican lock knife with copper handle has a blade crushed with decorations.
The Caucasian silver straight dagger has a Russian kling and is signed 'Ocmaat' between 2 eagles. Sheath signed on the back.
The silver-engraved whip has a dagger and whistle when opened. Armenian-made, belonging to a Russian officer.
The Corsican dagger has a black handle, decorated with silver, and is marked 'Vendetta' on one side, and 'Morte' on the other. Scabbard in leather and silver.
Provenance:
- The collection of Mr. and Mrs. S., Ghent, Belgium.
- Acquired between 1990 and 1998, according to the owner's inventory notes.
