Two 1880-90’s angelic embroideries, appliquéd onto silk damask, originally from an alter frontal, the appliqués being silk embroidered with gold thread highlights of angels with thurible to cleanse with incense, appliqués 32cm x 35cm (not including damask backing)

The appliquéd angels are in good condition but the silk damask backing is fragile and torn.
