§ Matthew LANYON (1951-2016) Greenstone Oil on canvas, signed, inscribed and dated '12 to verso, 180 x 94cm, 196 x 110cm framed New Craftsman Gallery label to verso Lanyon later made this image into his first piece of full-sized architectural stained glass at Derix Glass studios near Frankfurt in 2015. Purchased New Craftsman Gallery, 2012 This bright and impressive oil is generally in very good condition, that being said, there is an isolated area within the black pigment that has cracked and loosened a little that will need professional attention (please see images).
