An original WWI First World War British 18 Pounder MK IV Artillery ( inert ) shrapnel shell. The projectile with a copper driving band to the lower portion and fuse to the top. The brass shell case marked to the bottom 18 Pr II with various other stamps. A repainted example. Measures approx. 56cm.
