Two good grade old British banknotes (see 3rd photo) and three tins containing UK pre-decimal face value coins, with some nice farthings; plus three bags of modern UK crowns, a 1953 five shilling piece, cased Royal Mint 1973 50p, Isle of Man Pobjoy Mint silver £1 and Isle of Man 1977 Queen’s Silver Jubilee Crown, 1974 coinage of GB and Northern Ireland, three wallets of Britain’s first decimal coins, as well as assorted foreign coins and a bag of more interesting British coins. This latter bank bag contains a Gothic florin, a 1836 William 4th low grade halfcrown; 1883 florin (about fine), vf 1858 farthings, worn William and Mary farthing; a collectable George 111 1799 halfpenny and a 1773 farthing. Approximately 14 shillings in pre-1920 silver and £1, 6sh and 6d in pre-1946 (but post 1920) silver. There are also three banknotes – German inflation currency and two good grade Peppiatt £1 bank notes – a blue LNNL (J20H) and green LNNL (A13B).
