Pair of Japanese satsuma vases, possibly by Hododa, Meiji (1868-1912), ovoid form with elephant mask handles, decorated with Immortals and a dragon in browns, gilt and white enamel, height 25cm, raised on wooden stands
There is some light nicotine staining, otherwise the vases are in a good condition with no damages found.
