A late Middle Ages believed 15th Century European Knightly Arming Sword with a later 19th Century hilt. Wooden shaped pommel with a decorative brass cap and the grip bound in twine. The gilt cross guard mount leading to a double edge blade, rounded at the tip. The word ' Santissimo ' to the blade face. Measures approx 53cm.
