A worksplate, BUILT 1951 BRIGHTON, from a BR Standard Class 4 2-6-4T No 80021 allocated new to Kittybrewster on 10 November 1951, spending ten years there before moving to Ardrossan and Corkerhill from where it was withdrawn on 13 July 1964 and sold for scrap to Motherwell Machinery & Scrap at Wishaw. Cast iron, 10½"x6", repainted, a weld repair to the right end. A copy of the BR purchase receipt is included. (Postage Band: B)
