A limited edition brass and black enamel LNER plaque commemorating the Mallard World Speed Record, No. 62/250, 43 x 42 cm
The Mallard World Steam Record plaque was commissioned in 1988 by the Friends of the National Railway Museum, it was taken from a casting of the record plaque on the locomotive on the 50th anniversary of the world record run.
