Household Cavalry State Musicians Tunic, Cap and Belt. A magnificent example comprising:
Jockey style cap of blue velvet, with flat peak. The interior with cotton lining and tailors details of Hobson London.
Tunic of gold lace and rich crimson cloth with attached wings. Heavily embellished with one inch gold bullion lace decoration. Concealed hook and eye fastening to the front with St. Edward crowned EIIR cypher, which is repeated to the back. The interior is with dark blue cloth lining and issue label with cancelation stamp
Waist belt of simulated white leather with two rows of gold bullion lace, with is repeated to the slings. Complete wit buckle.
Overall good condition bullion remains bright. (3 items) This pattern of tunic is worn on State occasions in the presence of the Royal Family.
