'Stephens of Fowey, a Portrait of a Cornish Merchant Fleet 1867 – 1939', first and only edition, maritime monographs and reports, no.43, 115 pages, a factual and well researched account of a little known family who built and ran large fleet of coasters, a scarce item, published by the Trustees of the National Maritime Museum, 1980. K. J. O’Donoghue & H. S. Appleyard. 'Hain of St Ives', first edition, a fascinating account of the Hain family of St Ives who in the early 1800’s started to own and operate a fleet of ships, eventually running a sizeable fleet so much so that in 1971 Hain was bought by P&O, 133 pages, a scarce item, published by the World Ship Society, Kendal, Lancs,1986. Grahame E. Farr. 'West Country Passenger Steamers', first edition, a fine copy in dustwrapper, published by Richard Tilling, London, 1956. Len Ortzen. 'Famous Lifeboat Rescues', 1971 first edition, lacks title page, ex Devon Library, 40% of the rescues are Cornish based, published by Arthur Barker, London, 1971.
