The Pigeon on stand - There are some chips and losses to the gesso/plaster and some cracks, the eyes and beak are unfortunately missing, otherwise appears to be fairly solid.

The 2nd Pigeon (Not on Stand) - Beak missing, some age related splits to the wood, the tail has at some point had a metal repair due to a split. There are signs of woodworm.
