A gilt metal commemorative plaque honouring the death of Robert Peel. His portrait in an oval frame with cornucopia either side and a vignette sailing ship above. Inscribed 'Sir Robert Peel, born Feb 5th 1788, died July 2nd 1850'. Set against black and red velvet, framed and glazed. Measuring approx. 18cm x 11cm, the frame 29cm x 24cm.
