THE GRATEFUL DEAD. Autographs of the five founding members of the band: Jerry Garcia, Bobby Weir, Ron 'Pigpen' McKernan, Phil Lesh and Billy Kreutzmann. On a page from a guest book when the band stayed in Newcastle on 11 April 1972. Jerry Garcia has added a skull below his signature. 'Pigpen' McKernan died in 1973, and the autographs are of all the band members at that time.
