A Chinese porcelain Qingbai 'Flower' bowl, Song Dynasty (AD960-1279), with carved decoration of a large flower to the interior, the small, circular foot with unglazed base, 6 5/8in. (16.75cm.) diameter, small rim chip. * Provenance: T. S. Expo Ent. Co. Ltd., Taipei, Taiwan, c.1999 Small chip and a few tiny glaze frits to rim. Glaze has fine crazing throughout, with some of this crazing showing terracotta coloured discoluration, presumably from burial and later excavation. Small chip from manufacture to the edge of the foot (this is not later damage).
