AN 1895 MARK TWO TYPE BASKET HILT SWORD AND SCABBARD. With an 83cm tapering and pointed blade with partial double fuller, with inset gilt 'Proved' disc to the ricasso. The basket hilt pierced heart decoration, the grip with bound fish-skin cover, with a removable hilt lining, with domed pommel. The scabbard with twin ring suspension and ball terminal. 100cm overall *Condition: Surface corrosion and light rust throughut.
