R.M.S. TITANIC: An extremely rare agents' White Star Line advertising Calendar for Olympic and Titanic. The Largest Steamers in the World (Building). Printed on heavy card stock and complete with its original tear-off monthly calendar for 1910, this remarkable item represents an early example of the promotional advertising for the Titanic and her sister Olympic and shows an artist's impression of what the sisters would look like only two years later. The calendar features the company of Thomas Cook and Son, 92 St James Street, Burnley. Thomas Cook was one of the largest travel agents in the UK, and has only recently ceased trading. 12ins. x 19½ins.
