A GEORGE III EBONISED BRACKET CLOCK. the 6 1/4" brass foliate engraved dial with silvered chapter ring, subsidiary dials and skeletonised seconds aperture, signed Paul Rimbault In Denmark St, Londini, Fecit 1781, on a brass triple fusee movement, striking the quarters to a gong and nest of eight bells, the caddy top case with brass figural and swag rose mounts, pierced brass door spandrels and bracket feet, with pendulum, key and two case keys, height exc. handle 48cm, width 33cm, depth 22cm.

Appears to wind and strike at time of cataloguing but functionality not guaranteed, the case with splits, some mounts loose, one foot mishapen, recently been serviced.
