This auction contains a large and extremely rare collection of World War II memorabilia acquired predominantly in Guernsey by a local collector.
The Guernsey Auction House is alive to the sensitivities that exist for those whose families were impacted by the War, however, we are mindful of the historic and educational importance these items hold, particularly in light of the Island's occupation during the Second World War.
Whilst, unless stated otherwise in the catalogue, it is believed the items in this auction are genuine THE BUYER MUST SATISFY THEMSELVES AS TO THE AUTHENTICITY OF THE LOT TO BE PURCHASED and The Guernsey Auction House accepts no responsibility or liability with respect to any Lots purchased which are later established to be reproductions in whole or part or if the description is not accurate.
Buyers Premium is 10% of the Hammer Price (subject to a minimum £5 per Lot charge) plus there is a 3% of the Hammer Price easyliveauction.com internet surcharge.
Please note that, unless specifically agreed by us and IN ADVANCE OF THE AUCTION, we do not offer a postal, shipment or delivery service for any Lots. Where shipment is agreed various options are available such as, collection by your courier, Royal Mail DHL Parcel Etc.
Shipping or posting items from Guernsey is expensive & there is import VAT and packing costs payable on top.
