Good French two train carriage clock striking on a bell and with rare duplex escapement, bearing an oval plate screwed to the movement back plate inscribed Le Roy et Fils Hgers du Roy á Paris with silvered dial and within a Garnier style case with sliding back door and glazed top panel; also with outer Morocco brown leather travelling case
General condition a little poor with broken balance staff, tarnishing to the case and loss of silvering and scratches on the dial, the going and striking train appear to function, there is a chip to one of the side panel corners, there is no winding key.
