An early 20th century 18ct gold ruby, emerald and 'pearl' ring, the central emerald surrounded by ruby and 'pearl' cluster design, closed to reverse, with ruby set terminals and openwork shoulders leading to scroll engraved shank, stamped Birmingham, possibly 1922, ring size L 1/2, 2gms

Please note - all stones are untested as we cannot test fully due to the closed nature of the ring.
Red stones show bright red fluorescence under UV light.
Green stone shows dark green fluorescence under UV light.
One 'pearl' may be a later replacement as appears to have a different hue.
'Pearls' all show surface blemishes (under x10 loupe)
Settings are low in areas, commensurate with age and use.
Under bezel shows one particular dent, and general scuffs and scratches.
General surface marks and scratches, commensurate with age and wear.
Shank is mishappen.
Hallmarks are clear.
Due to the setting, we cannot asses the inclusions in the stones as it appears to be foiled and it has deteriorated.
Tarnishing seen throughout the metal.
