A 19th Century opaline ewer by Davis, Greathead & Green, the slender footed body rising to an integral spout and high loop handle which continued spiral round the body, enamel decorated in the etruscan style with classically dressed figures with flowers and foliage between black and rust borders, height 33cm.
The body is in good order but the enamel decoration is rubbed and starting to fail in sections.
