It is unknown how many were actually produced (very small quantity), there is nothing regarding the production of the book, who took the photographs etc.
We cannot find this book even referenced on the web, let alone offered for sale.
As stated this book has come from the bookbinder himself who always keeps a copy for their files & reference.
