A fascinating farm diary from Jan. 1923 to July 1926, containing daily entries recording the weather, work done. etc, with monthly summaries recording the numbers of cattle, sheep, pigs; the hay, oats, barley, wheat, turnips, mangels, coal, turf … Also 21 vols of workmen’s wages, 1905, 1914-1936.
