Letitia Marion Hamilton RHA (1878 - 1964): A Street Mazare, scene on the Iberian coast, monogram signed LMH bottom right, oil on canvas, 50 by 60cm, framed with label verso. Provenance: this was given by the artist to the vendor's Grandmother Mrs Desmond Warren, who was a personal friend.
Couple of spots of dirt to the painting, possibly spider or fly faeces.
One piece of flaked paint to the area beside the blue door, and possibly a few areas of paint loss to the upper left of the painting but this is difficult to tell due to the nature of the paintwork itself
