WW2 Military Mounted Japanese Officer's Katana Sword With Signed Tang
25 3/4 inch, single edged blade with wide, wavy line hammon. The tang with five character signature to one side and red painted, four character signature to the reverse. Copper habaki. Brass, floral decorated, military pattern tsuba, fuchi and kabuto gane. Shagreen grip with floral menuki. Tan cord binding. Contained in its wooden scabbard and military pattern, leather, field cover. Complete with brown and blue sword knot.
