A rare English creamware crucifixion teapot, c.1780-1800, each side depicting Christ with Mary Magdalene in a landscape, bifurcated handle, the spout painted with a crude portrait of Christ, the domed cover with flower finial, 20cm spout to handle, tiny chips
There are numerous small splinter chips around the edge of the cover and there is a small section on the inside of the cover that may have been ground off, there are small flakes/splinters chips to the tip of the spout, no cracks or restoration detected.
