CEYLON 1857-2024 COLLECTION WITH BLOCKS in nine stockbooks, earlier issues mint & used, from 1940's to 2024 seems to be almost complete for both mint (later never hinged) & used examples, plus many never hinged mint blocks of 4 incl apparently highly complete run from late 1990's to 2024. Includes 1857-59 imperfs (x16) used, 1899-1900 to 2.25r (x2), mini-sheets, revenues incl KGVI 20r etc. Unfortunately, collection is affected by toning especially QV to KGVI issues, also some later issues with spots on gum.
