Oval miniature "Portrait of a Military Officer of the 85th Regiment, "General Austin," (according to a label on verso), ivory, 2 1/2" (6.5cms); together with a miniature "Portrait of a Lady with lace bonnet and blue dress, ivory, 2 1/2" (6.5cms), (according to a label verso - it's Mrs. Austin (Waterford) mother of General Austin) a pair, both in gilt frames.
