A Maltese lace fan worked in silk in three horizontal panels, quite a detailed design with seven roundels in the wider central panel, mounted on carved and pierced bone sticks with a rather complex overlapping floral design in the gorge, guard approx. 27.5cm
One repair to the upper guard, about half way down the leaf.
