Former Bristol Zoo Gardens - a collection of original Victorian and Edwardian service wear from Bristol Zoo Cafe, circa 1880 to 1910. Includes two yellow plates, one side plate, one yellow milk jug, three spoons, and one knife. The ceramics decorated with the Clifton Zoological Society 'CZS' emblem featuring a Lion, and the cutlery also marked 'Zoological Society'. Maker's marks to the plate for Steelite - Manufactured in Bristol.
