A GEORGE II SILVER BALUSTER MUG. with an 'S'-scroll handle and a spreading circular foot, gilt interior, contained in a unassociated fitted box, makers mark overstriking another, London 1741, together with a George V tapering circular silver mug with a 'C'-scroll handle, by Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co. Ltd, London 1935 and a pair of William IV silver candlesticks decorated in high relief (loaded bases), by Hawkesworth, Eyre & Co. Ltd, Sheffield 1835; the candlesticks 8.6" (22cm) high; 14.3ozt weighable silver (4).
All with wear and with issues, the George II mug with a thin patch to the front of the body, new gilding and a bruised body, the other mug with a dented handle and the candlesticks bent, split & dented - not good.
