Havant. 1832-33 Entire letters with straight line "Havant · Paid" in red, the 1833 letter written from Hayling Island to London prepaid 1/4 but charged a further 8d with black circular "MORE / TO / PAY". Very scarce, this Paid handstamp not recorded in the County Catalogue. (2).
