A fine 18th/19th century Carrara marble bath - of tapering oval form and carved with lion masks 181cm x 82cm 70cm, Provenance: From a sale of contents of Tremough Manor, Penryn in 1998. It's possible the bath was acquired during the development of the renowned Italian gardens in the 1820's. The bath is illustrated in Margaret Groves' volume on the historic estate.
