TERRITORIAL PAIR TO LIEUTENANT CHADWICK ROYAL ARMY ORDNANCE CORPS GSM Near East, correctly impressed Lieut A B Chadwick RAOC; EIIR T & AVR Officers Decoration dated 1969, with three bars.
Sold with three sets of miniatures, with a photograph of the recipient; condition EF Anthony B Chadwick was born in Hampshire in 1935. Called up for National Service, he was given a commission in the Royal Army Ordnance Corps.
He saw active service during the Suez Crisis and was awarded a GSM 'Near East'.
After leaving regular service, he spent many years with the Territorial Army. Awarded the T & AVR Officers Decoration on the 16th of September 1969. 1st bar, 5.11.74, 2nd bar, 1.6.81 and 3rd bar 24.2.87.
He retired as Major on the 10th of May 1988.
