A French ormolu mounted kingwood display table, late 19th c, in Louis XV style, with bevelled glass to the hinged top, velvet lined interior and glazed sides, on slender tapering legs united by stretchers, ormolu finial, shoots and sabots, 80cm h; 55 x 90cm
Of excellent quality and in fine preservation but for chip on one of the glass side pieces and one or two small veneer chips, stretchers added at an early date to lend stability and could be easily removed
