A collection of five gem-set brooches, early 20th century the five bar brooches comprising: one set with a cabochon black opal and six cushion-shaped diamonds totalling approximately 0.40 carats, length 5.6cm, stamped 9CT; two centring on floral clusters of circular-cut diamonds totalling approximately 0.35 and 0.20 carats respectively, lengths 5.5 and 4.7cm; one with a floral motif collet-set with a cushion-shaped diamond weighing approximately 0.15 carats, stamped 18ct and 9ct; and one set with a circular-cut aquamarine within a lozenge-shaped surround set with circular-cut diamonds to each corner, length 5.8cm

All in good, wearable condition, some minor scratches and surface wear commensurate with age and wear. Black opal particularly pretty, with flashes of red in its play of colour. Combined gross weight approximately 16.8 grams.
