Holman Hunt [7], D.G. Rossetti [5]; plus a range of other 1860s illustrators of note, including D. Maclise, T. Creswick, W. Mulready, C. Stanfield, and J.C. Horsley, A range of engravers were used, notably the Dalziels and W.J. Linton, This is one of the greatest pre-Raphaelite books ever published, Edward Moxon, London, 1857.
