MARSEILLE" cds. 4 Sep. 1861 EL (horiz. filing crease over Venice h.s.) from Venice to Malta (14 Sep. backstamp) with heptagon "FR./2F 96C" mark (mostly fine, slightly overstriking crossed out m/s "1/3" with "8" replacement).
