Attributed Royal Artillery Pattern Sword. A very good example of the pattern carried by Artillery Officers. The 31 inch blade with etched decoration of a GVR cypher and etched name H.B. PEGRUM. The forte with the retailers details of Humphreys & Crook Ltd. The hilt of the regulation pattern with three bar open guard and shagreen grip. Housed in steel scabbard. Overall GC Near parade condition. Attributed to Major H.B. Pegrum Royal Artillery who is listed as a Captain 1938 and Major 1939.
