1904 (Dec 17) Notepaper of Culford Hall, Bury St. Edmunds, bearing a proof strike of the rare "KINGS SPECIAL WIRE / (crown)" c.d.s. This c.d.s was issued in 1904 to the Court Telegraphist for use on telegrams at temporary offices whilst the King was travelling (but is known on one postcard incorrectly used as a cancellation). The King and Queen visited Lord & Lady Cadogan at Culford Hall, 12th-17th December 1904.
