Set of four late 19th century mahogany dining chairs with railed back, the centre slat inlaid with fruitwood, with fruitwood stringing. The padded seats upholstered in a William Morris style fabric. Raised on turned and carved supports to the front, sabre to the back. The underside of the seats bearing embossed metal plaques reading Bartholomew & Fletcher upholsterers, 217 & 219 Tottenham Court Road London (1837 - 1902). H 86.5cm, W 45cm, D 45cm.
