Sir Frederick Still KCVO. His commission as Royal Physician to the Duke & Duchess of York, July 27th 1936, from Rear-Admiral Sir Basil Vernon Brooke, Comptroller to the Duke of York's Household, typed on 11 Grosvenor Crescent headed notepaper and signed by Brooke in ink. Still's reply and acceptance is handwritten on the reverse. Still's invitation to the 1937 Coronation of George VI with a studio portrait of Sir Still in his Coronation regalia, together with studio portrait of Still as a young man (much damaged).
