Postal Stationery. 1937 Hand drawn essays for the 1a envelope stamp and 3a registration envelope stamp, the frame designs drawn in pencil and ink on separate pieces of tracing paper, the registration envelope stamp drawing with the centre cut out and the essay then applied over a Grenada 3d registration envelope stamp die proof in orange, used to illustrate the central embossed head of King George V. Both pieces applied to thick card, headed "G / Aden 12" with "Registration" or "Postage" written above the two essays, "Rough sketches of Registration & Postage Envelope dies" written below. Two unique essays and an interesting use of the Grenada die proof. Photo on Page 140.
