Victorian carved mahogany cabinet bookcase, the upper section enclosed by pair of glazed doors over frieze drawer over pair of panel doors on plinth base. Stamped maker's mark W. Snowden, Rochdale, no 646. By repute given to the Mayor of Rochdale to celebrate his second term in office. 250cm high x 120cm wide.
