An Albert chain suspending a propelling pencil, comprising a series of Fetter links, connected with a T-bar and terminated with a swivel clasp and a spring-ring clasp, suspending a propelling pencil where the barrel has been engraved with scrollwork design, chain marked '15', no other marks on the pencil, overall length 36.5 cm, weighable 22.4 grams. propelling mechanism for the pencil is faulty.
