A late Victorian curve backed cigarette case with engraved monogram detail. Fully hallmarked to both sides of gilt lined interior for Chester 1898, with Stokes & Ireland Ltd makers mark and lion passant stamped on catch. Interior elastics present. Approx. 9cm x 7cm and weighs 92.16g.
Light surface scratching throughout but no significant scratches or dents. Catch works well and snaps shut firmly. Hinge in good order.
